C3 Church Global Site Terms of Service
1. MEMBER ACCOUNT
You are accountable for maintaining the privacy of your password and account and are fully responsible for any behaviors or activities that occur under your account. You must keep your contact information up-to date.
You must provide notification to the web administration team of any unofficial use of your password or account and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
2. CONDUCT
You agree that all data, comments, posts, text, software, sounds, messages, music, information, photographs, graphics, video, tags, or other materials ("Content") are the individual responsibility of the person from where the content was developed or originated. This means that you, and not C3 are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, place, post, email, transmit or otherwise make accessible on the C3 Church Global Site.
You must have all required permissions to upload Content.
a. You must own or have the right to upload Content
b. If the video includes third party content (such as video, music, or images), you must have the right to use that content.
c. Your video cannot violate third party copyrights or other intellectual property.
You must have developed the Content or closely participated in its creation.
a. Having the right to upload a video, music, etc is different from having created the Content itself. For example, you may not upload public domain videos that were created by others.
b. Directors, DPs, editors, musicians, graphic effects artists, and actors may upload videos, music, etc to which they have contributed significantly.
You consent to not use the C3 Church Global Site to:
a. upload, place, post, email, transmit or otherwise make accessible any Content that is unlawful, offensive, destructive, harmful, threatening, abusive, bullying, hostile, derogatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. hurt minors in any way;
c. imitate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a C3 Pastor, guide or host
d. counterfeit or falsify headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to cover up the origin of any Content transmitted through the C3 Church Global Site;
e. upload, place, post, email, transmit or otherwise make accessible any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
f. upload, place, post, email, transmit or otherwise make accessible any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
g. upload, place, post, email, transmit or otherwise make accessible any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
h. upload, place, post, email, transmit or otherwise make accessible any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
i. impede with or disrupt the C3 Church Global Site or servers or networks connected to the C3 Church Global Site, or disobey any policies and procedures of networks connected to the C3 Church Global Site, including usage of any device, software or routine to sidestep our robot exclusion headers;
j. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
k. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or;
l. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through k above.
You acknowledge that C3 may or may not review Content, but that C3 and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to review, refuse, or remove any Content that is accessible via the C3 Church Global Site. Without limiting the preceding, C3 and its designees have the right to delete any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise offensive.
You agree that you must assess the use of any Content, including any confidence in the correctness, entirety, or value of such Content. You recognize that you may not rely on any Content developed by C3 or presented on the C3 Church Global Site.
You recognize, consent and agree that C3 may access, preserve and divulge your account information and Content if obliged to do so by law or in a good faith belief disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) fulfill with legal process; (ii) enforce the TOS; (iii) react to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) defend the rights, property or personal safety of C3, its users and the public.
3. CONTENT
All resources must be within the vision, culture, and beliefs of C3. Resources that are not in compliance will be denied or removed. C3 does not assert rights or ownership of Content you tender or make available for insertion on the C3 Church Global Site. However, with respect to Content you tender or make available for insertion on publicly accessible areas of the C3 Church Global Site, you permit C3 the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:
a. Content you submit or make available for insertion on publicly accessible areas of C3, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the C3 Church Global Site solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the specific C3 Church Global Site to which such Content was submitted or made available. This license is available only for as long as you choose to continue to incorporate such Content on the C3 Church Global Site and will end at the time you delete or C3 deletes the Content from the C3 Church Global Site.
You cannot post content or take any action that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law. You will comply with all applicable laws.
4. COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
You will not reproduce, replicate, copy, imitate, trade, resell, wholesale, or take advantage of for any commercial purposes, any section or use of, the C3 Church Global Site (including Content, advertisements, Software and your C3 Church Global Site ID). You will not use the site or post Content for your own commercial gain.
5. GENERAL SITE USAGE
You recognize that C3 may develop general procedures and restrictions regarding the use of the C3 Church Global Site. C3 retains the ability to delete any content or member from the C3 Church Global Site at any time. You further recognize that C3 reserves the right to adjust these general usage procedures from time to time.
