The M Resort is just a few miles from the famed Las Vegas Strip. The hotel runs shuttles to and from LAS airport and to the Fashion Show Mall on The Strip.

M is a beautiful 5 star resort and is truly worthy of hosting the C3 Americas Conference in 2012. You are going to love this place. Extra nights will be available before and after the conference at a special rate so you can stay and play.

Whilst our conferences can be quite busy, we can think of no better setting for spiritual and physical renewal.

1) Is there a registration cost that does not include hotel? 

Unfortunately, our arrangement at the M Resort does not allow us to have a separate cost for registration only. Our agreement requires that both be bundled together.  

2) If I am choosing to room with 3 other roommates, do we all have to register at the same time? 

No. You do need to know who your roommates will be prior to registering and be ready to fill their names in. However, you can all register at different times. 

3) What if I only have 1 or 2 other roommates but I want to be a in a quad-share room? 

You will need to have 3 other confirmed roommates before you register for the quad option. We encourage you to use Facbeook and Twitter (you can follow us @c3americas) to potentially find people from other churches who are looking for a room. Tweet us and we will spread the word for you as well.

4) What if I want to arrive before Tuesday and leave after Thursday?

We have negotiated with The M Resort to give us a group rate on Sunday, Aug 12th, Monday, Aug 13th, and Friday, Aug 17th. At the end of the main conference registration, you will be directed to a link to register for these extra nights - this link includes all pricing info. The M Resort will bill you directly for these nights upon your check-out in August. Please note: If you are sharing a room, only 1 person per room can request extra nights.
